棕榈粗糖Palm Jaggery

 100%鱼尾棕榈（ 董棕）棕榈粗糖，可作为茶、豆腐、酸奶、热蛋糕、松饼、烤面包及烘焙业的增甜剂。
这种棕榈树的汁液是含糖（蔗糖）成分非常高。在斯里兰卡，轻轻按压可以得到这种棕榈糖浆，并常常加工成糖浆（Kitul蜂蜜）或粗糖，也可以发酵成酒精饮料，既甜酒。(中国进出口网整理翻译)

The sap of this palm is very high in sugars (sucrose). In Sri Lanka, the palm is tapped for its syrup, which is often processed into treacle (Kitul honey) or Jaggery and also fermented into an alcoholic beverage called toddy.
