Wine: Attention is always focused on the quality of raw material. One month after harvest for still wines a carefully selection of very ripe grapes is made for winemaking with foot treading. Conditions in 2010 crop were ideal to produce grapes of great concentration and balance. Brief stage in wooden casks allowed a total preservation of his body and aromatic vigor, maintaining excellence and magnitude of the natural characteristics of these grape varieties.
