Filtration: This wine is not filtrated, thus can present small sediments.
Stabilization: Naturally done, only if it is necessary is stabilized in cold storage.

TASTING NOTES: Deep red fruit color.
NOSE: Complex aromas of black fruit, mint, coffee and vanilla well integrated with oak.
PALATE: Full-bodied fruit and soft tannins.
FINISH: Intense and long final.
In order to offer the highest quality, this wine has undergone minimal handling and is therefore not filtered. It will throw small sediment, especially with extended aging.
Cellaring Potential: Ready to drink now but will improve with cellaring for up to 4 to 5 years.
Excellent with strong meats like: beef, lamb, venison and duck, also cream aged cheeses like Roquefort and Camembert.
