收到美国的通知，从2105年8月1日起，美国交通拥堵费TMF涨价为USD69.17/20GP’ USD138.34/40GP’.
调价的主要原因是：码头人工成本的变化，劳资纠纷事件后，码头工人要求更高的薪资待遇。
此次涨价的港口为“美西港口”，如 LONG BEACH PORT, Los Angeles PORT.

The main reason is the change of dock labor cost, after labor disputes incident, dock workers demand higher salaries.
The port involved into rising price is "America’s West Haven", such as LONG BEACH PORT, Los Angeles PORT.
