中国商务部19日发布的新闻稿显示，商务部部长高虎城日前表示，希望英国在欧盟内部继续发挥积极作用，推动高技术产品对华出口。
当日的新闻稿显示，高虎城是在日前接受官方媒体采访时作出上述表态的。中国国家主席习近平19日启程访问英国，高虎城指出，这是近10年来中国国家主席首次对英进行国事访问，对中英关系发展“具有里程碑意义”。
“希望两国在全球经济格局深刻变革的今天携手合作，共同打造中英经贸关系的‘黄金时代’。”高虎城说。
高虎城指出，英国是最早实现工业化的发达国家，中国是最大的发展中国家，双方“经济互补性强，合作理念契合，合作潜力巨大”。
他说，当前中国正在制订“十三五”时期经济社会发展规划，着力实行新一轮高水平对外开放，加快建立开放型经济新体制；英国一贯奉行自由贸易政策，市场开放度高，着力推动经济持续增长。中国提出的“一带一路”倡议，英国以创始成员国身份申请加入的亚投行和英格兰“北部振兴计划”将为两国企业提供更多的合作机遇。
高虎城说，为了抓住这一历史机遇，进一步推动双边经贸关系发展，实现两国企业优势互补、合作共赢，双方可在以下领域加强合作：
一、充分挖掘两国贸易潜力。推动中国高附加值产品对英出口，发挥英国在高端制造、高新技术和研发等领域的优势，寻找双边货物贸易新增长点。同时，进一步促进科技创新、电子商务、金融法律服务、医疗卫生、创意产业等服务贸易领域合作，实现货物贸易与服务贸易比翼齐飞。
二、深化投资和大项目合作。“一带一路”倡议和亚投行的建立将进一步促进两国企业在基础设施领域的合作。双方可以高铁、核电项目合作为切入点，加大生命科学、卫星应用、新能源、新能源汽车和信息 技术等新兴产业合作，着力打造一批标志性、示范性大项目，推动双向投资合作的深入发展。
三、加强两国地方合作和第三方市场合作。两国政府应建立地方合作长效机制，探讨中英企业合作参与英格兰“北部振兴计划”。同时，充分利用中方在装备制造和资金方面，以及英方在技术创新、管理经验和金融服务方面的优势，推动两国企业联手拓展在第三方市场的合作，打造两国经贸合作的新空间。
四、营造良好贸易投资环境。希望英国在欧盟内部继续发挥积极作用，推动高技术产品对华出口、中欧投资协定早日达成、尽早开展中欧自贸区联合可行性研究，实现两国贸易和投资合作的可持续发展。（中国进出口网）

Gao said that in order to seize this historic opportunity to further promote bilateral economic and trade relations, and to achieve win-win cooperation, the two sides can strengthen cooperation in the following areas:

We should promote Chinese exports of high value-added products to Britain, United Kingdom has advantage in high-end manufacturing, high-tech and R & D areas, we’re looking for new growth points of bilateral trade in goods. At the same time, we should further promote technological innovation, e-commerce trade in services, financial legal services, health care, creative industries and other cooperation.
Second, tp deepen cooperation in investment and large projects.
