“我衷心希望这次访问能为中白关系播撒希望的种子,并结出累累硕果,造福两国人民。”当地时间10日上午,中国国家主席习近平抵达白俄罗斯首都明斯克时这样说道。
习近平此访,是中国国家元首14年来首次对白俄罗斯进行国事访问。在位于明斯克主干道胜利者大街的独立宫,习近平与卢卡申科举行了会谈,签署了中白友好合作条约和中白关于进一步发展和深化全面战略伙伴关系的联合声明,见证了政治、文化、经济、技术、教育、地方合作等领域双边合作文件的签署。
在元首桌的左侧,摆放着一张白色长桌、两把白色座椅,长桌一侧的茶几上厚厚摞着大红封面的协议文本。礼宾人员引导着二十多位中白双方签约人,在白椅子后面依签约先后次序排成两队。
这个场面,连卢卡申科总统也是首次见到。
“在这座独立宫里,我们曾经见证很多历史事件的发生,但还是头一次看见这样一种大家排着队来签署文件的签字仪式,真是令人激动!……明天我们还要与习近平主席共同出席中白地方经贸合作论坛开幕式,双方还将签署一系列具体合作协议。毫无疑问,这些协议的签署将推动我们两国之间、两国地方之间的务实合作与交流,为两国人民带来实实在在的好处。”(中国进出口网) "I sincerely hope that this visit will sow the seeds of hope for the China-Belarus relations, and benefit both countries’ people."
