上月底，全国质检总局发布2015年第91号公告，规范进口食品、化妆品检验检疫证单签发工作，保证检验检疫证单签发的统一性、严肃性。对检验检疫合格或检验检疫不合格但已进行有效处理后合格的的进口食品、化妆品签发“入境货物检验检疫证明”，不再签发“卫生证书”。
中国进出口网提醒广大食品、化妆品消费者和经营单位，今后在向进口商索证时，应索取“入境货物检验检疫证明”，即凡是进口食品（食用农产品）、化妆品随附有“入境货物检验检疫证明”的，为合法进口产品。（中国进出口网）
At the end of last month, the National AQSIQ issued Announcement No. 91 of 2015, in order to regulate the inspection and quarantine certificate issue of the imported food and cosmetics and to ensure the uniformity and seriousness of inspection and quarantine certificate issue. ChinaInOut reminds the consumers and business units of the imported food and cosmetics, when asking the importers for the certificate, you should ask the "inspection and quarantine certificate of inbound goods". As long as the imported food (edible agricultural products) and cosmetics come with the "inspection and quarantine certificate of inbound goods", they are legal imports.
