芬兰农林部长奥尔波近日表示，芬兰已得到中方确认，芬兰两家主要肉制品公司HKscan和Atria将获准向中国出口猪肉。
两家公司都对中国市场充满期待。HKscan公司称，公司正在等待中方出口认证。一旦得到认证，即可启动出口程序。公司未来还打算向中国出口适合中国消费者口味的肉类加工食品。
奥尔波认为，从长远看，向中国出口肉类产品有望弥补俄罗斯进口禁令给芬兰肉制品行业造成的损失。
俄罗斯是芬兰食品主要进口国。去年俄罗斯停止从欧盟进口部分食品，以回应欧美国家制裁，这给芬兰食品业造成重创。
为帮助芬兰食品业走出危机，奥尔波去年9月访华寻求合作。芬兰媒体认为，向中国出口猪肉是芬兰食品进入中国市场的重要一步。（中国进出口网）
Finnish Minister of Agriculture, Forestry Aoer Bo said recently that it has been confirmed that Finland's two major meat companies HKscan and Atria would be allowed to export pork to China.
Both companies are looking forward to the Chinese market. HKscan said they were waiting for the Chinese export certification. once certified, they could start the export process. In the future, the company also intends to export meat processed foods to China for the Chinese consumer tastes.
Aoer Bo believes that in the long run, exporting meat products to China is expected to compensate for the loss of Finnish meat industries due to the Russian imports ban.
Russia is Finland's major food-importing country. Last year, Russia stopped importing some food from the EU, in response to the sanctions of the United States and Europe, which caused heavy losses to the Finnish food industry.
To help the Finnish food industry out of the crisis, Aoer Bo visited China last September to seek cooperation. Finnish media believed that exporting pork to China was an important step for Finnish food to enter the Chinese market.
