8月16日中国进出口网获悉,8月21日至22日,国家主席习近平将对蒙古国进行国事访问。外交部发言人秦刚昨天宣布这一消息。
中国连续10多年成为蒙古国最大的贸易伙伴和投资国,中蒙贸易额从1994年的1.2亿美元增加到2013年的60亿美元。今年是中蒙建交65周年,两国将举办一系列庆祝活动。
蒙古国科学院国际问题研究所所长舒日呼对《人民日报》表示,蒙古国将经贸关系发展作为对华关系的优先领域,中国经济的快速发展对该国是个积极因素,两国在基础设施建设和矿产领域的合作令人期待。
蒙古国青年企业家协会主席海君巴则强调,期待此次访问期间两国不仅能够签署大型合作项目,同时也在运输、物流、港口、通关等方面达成更多协议。“双方在矿业、畜牧业、基础设施建设等方面的合作有巨大的发展空间,希望双方经济领域合作越来越多。”
蒙古国资源丰富,大量出产煤炭、铜、铁、锌等矿产。内蒙古农业大学人文社科学院院长盖志毅接受《新京报》采访表示,目前中国主要从蒙古国进口原煤等原材料,预计习主席此次出访或涉及能源高新技术合作内容。
上一次中国国家元首出访蒙古国是在2003年6月。今天出版的《人民日报》发表评论称,此次出访是习近平继7月韩国之行后“又一次走亲戚、串门式的访问,表明中国对周边外交的高度重视”。

For 10 consecutive years, China is the largest trading partner and investor of Mongolia, as trade volume between China and Mongolia increases to US $6 billion in 2013 from that of US $ 0.12billion in 1994. This year is the 65th anniversary of establishement of diplomatic relationship Between Mongolia and People Republic of China. The two countries will hold a series of celebrations.
Director of the Institute of International Affaris of Mongolian Academy of Sciences, Shu Day said to "People's Daily" that Mongolia will give the priority to the development of trade relations with China. The rapid development of Chinese economy is a positive factor for Mongolia. It is of expection that the two countries will cooperate with each other in infrastructure construction and mining industry.
Chairman of the Mongolian Youth Entrepreneur Association Haijun stressed that during the visit the two countries will not only sign agreement on large-scale, but also sign a lot of agreement on transport,logistics, port, customs clearance and so on. "Bilateral cooperation in mining, animal husbandry, infrastructure construction has a huge space for development. I hope more and more bilateral economic cooperation will happen between the two countries."
Mongolia is rich in resources with mass production of coal, copper, iron, zinc and other minerals. In the interview conducted by interview, Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences of Mongolian Agricultural University Gazyi said that at present China mainly imports coal and other raw materials from Mongolia. It is estimated that President Xi will discuss the cooperation involving energy or high-tech content during his visit.
Last time when Chinese head of state visiting Mongolia is in June 2003. Today's "People's Daily" commented that Xi Jinping's visit is another visit to “relatives which is a knid of stopping style visit to show that China attaches great importance to the peripheral diplomacy” following his July visit to South Korea.
